Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in San Antonio, TX seeks a shuttle operations assistant to support daily management, customer service, and safety compliance. You will work under the Facility Manager to uphold contractual guidelines and maintain equipment and routes.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma, CDL Class A or B if applicable, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with related experience or training.
• CDL Class A or B Driver’s License required per DOT, with Passenger Endorsement if operating buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be needed.
• Oral and written communication, customer service and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day shuttle operation management within location contracts.
• Support management of daily location activities and duties.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and professional image.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs under supervision of Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations promptly.
• Know shuttle routes, landmarks, and garage area extensively.
• Perform other duties as needed.
