Job summary

SP+ in San Diego is hiring for a Shuttle Maintenance/Facility role to maintain a clean facility, operate shuttle buses, and assist guests. The position is on-site in US-CA-SAN DIEGO and requires a CDL with passenger endorsement if operating buses, plus a DOT medical card.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, strong customer service skills, and flexibility for second/third shifts or weekends. Training and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Valid CDL Driver's License (A/B/C) with Passenger Endorsement if required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English; good communication.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning and maintenance.
• Shovel snow at entrances and ramps as directed.
• Paint facility surfaces to keep them neat and clean.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance per checklists.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Cover cashier duties as needed.
• Maintain neat uniform and professional appearance.
