Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. You will support a seamless customer experience, perform inspections, and maintain a clean vehicle while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

The role requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a valid medical card, and availability for shifts including nights or weekends. You will represent SP+ professionally and help customers with directions and luggage as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner’s Certificate required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with dollars.
• Appearance: Neat, clean appearance and uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, may lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and keep bus interiors clean; fuel buses; log trips.
• Be punctual and in uniform for every shift.
• Know garage areas and major streets to help customers navigate.
• Assist with luggage or equipment when applicable.
• Report accidents or hazards to Facility Manager.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
