Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor to oversee shuttle drivers and daily transportation operations. You will support drivers, manage schedules, and help ensure safe, reliable service for customers.

This role requires coordinating with dispatch, maintenance, and other teams, while maintaining DOT compliance and high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Background in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support shuttle drivers on a daily basis.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new drivers.
• Create and manage driver schedules and route assignments.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Help maintain safety and DOT compliance standards.
• Address driver concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Work with dispatch, maintenance, and operations teams to keep service running efficiently.
• Track attendance, performance, and other key metrics.
