zTrip is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and support drivers, monitor safety, and ensure operational standards are met in daily field operations. You will serve as the primary liaison among drivers, passengers, and management to deliver safe, reliable transportation services.

As the frontline leader, you will respond to incidents, provide real-time guidance, conduct audits, and coach drivers to uphold safety and service quality.
