Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a highly organized Shuttle Dispatcher to oversee shuttle routing and coordination. You will ensure on-time service, monitor movements, and maintain clear communication with drivers and supervisors.

Responsibilities include scheduling, routing optimization, timely updates to drivers, and reporting on daily operations. Candidates should have dispatcher experience in transportation, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dispatcher, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Must meet required speaking and listening assessment level.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch coordination to ensure on-time performance and efficient routing.
• Coordinate shuttle schedules based on demand and driver availability.
• Communicate with drivers and supervisors about routes, delays, and issues.
• Maintain records of passenger calls, driver shifts, and meal breaks and prepare reports.
• Monitor safety compliance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
