Job summary

SP+ Corporation seeks a shuttle operations team member to support daily management of shuttle activities at a location in the United States. You will assist with client relations, operating procedures, and equipment maintenance under contractual guidelines.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a DOT medical card. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Special shift requirements may apply; availability for 2nd/3rd shift or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other tasks; substitute for other positions as needed.
• Know shuttle operation areas, routes, landmarks, and freeways in the garage area.
• Complete other duties as needed.
