Job summary

Grand Targhee Resort is seeking a Parking/Recycling Attendant to create a welcoming arrival experience for guests. You will help manage parking and recycling operations, direct guests, and assist with seasonal maintenance and shuttle duties in a winter resort environment.

High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be comfortable outdoors in winter weather, with a teamwork mindset and a customer-focused approach. Training and safety procedures are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high-quality guest service while helping maintain clean, organized, and efficient parking and recycling operations.
• Assist the Manager and Lead with daily set-up, operations, and breakdown of parking and camping-related infrastructure.
• Help maintain safe and orderly parking lots by directing guests and employees to appropriate parking areas.
• Collect trash and recyclable materials from designated containers throughout the resort and common areas.
• Assist with driving the parking lot shuttle as needed (must be trained and 25 years of age or older).
• Sort and store recyclable materials and assist with off-site transport as needed.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming approach with guests and coworkers.
• Stay familiar with Base Area locations, resort offerings, and events to provide guests with accurate information and directions.
• Assist with other Base Area and resort operations as needed.
• Maintain scheduling and assignment flexibility based on weather, staffing, and business levels
