Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous shuttle driving, commercial driving or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry luggage (30–50 lbs).
Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Frequent driving in varying weather and traffic conditions.
Regular interaction with hotel guests and staff.
May involve early morning, late-night, or split shifts depending on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the hotel shuttle along assigned routes and schedules.
Provide pick‑up and drop‑off services for guests at airports and downtown attractions.
Assist guests with luggage and ensure proper loading/unloading.
Provide support for Bell Staffing needs when not performing driver duties.
