Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is seeking a Dispatcher for Shuttle Operations in West Lafayette, IN. This part-time role supports safe shuttle operations through scheduling and driver coordination.

Responsibilities include scheduling vehicles/drivers for fixed routes, covering shifts, and maintaining communication with Facility Managers. A High School diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with prior shuttle operations experience preferred, plus English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Prior shuttle/transport operations, scheduling, or employee management experience preferred.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and communicate job information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed routes and cover open shifts as needed.
• Operate using basic office equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Be punctual, in uniform, and present to customers and staff.
• Assist customers/employees and direct inquiries to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Lead driver meetings and training; know service area streets and landmarks.
• Assist Facility Managers with other duties as required.
