Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a maintenance supervisor for a DOT shuttle operation in West Lafayette, IN. You will oversee maintenance, schedule cleaning, and supervise staff to ensure timely, high-quality work.

Requirements include CDL with Passenger Endorsement, DOT Medical Card, proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong communication. Shift flexibility and EPA compliance knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a transportation environment.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• CDL license with Passenger Endorsement if operating shuttle buses.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Willingness to work second/third shifts and weekends.
• Experience ensuring EPA Clean Water Act compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules with the on-site manager.
• Oversee daily maintenance staff performance and quality.
• Inspect daily maintenance and cleaning projects for quality.
• Direct routine cleaning and repair tasks including power washing and painting.
