Qualifications

• License Requirement: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly and accurately.
• Customer service: maintains positive attitude and responds to requests for service.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance/exit ramps as directed.
• Paint facility surfaces to keep areas neat and clean.
• Follow checklists and report hazards or policy violations.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Cover other duties including cashier on an as-needed basis.
