Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, operates shuttle buses and serves customers at the West Lafayette location (US‑IN). This role focuses on safe operation, timely service, and courteous assistance to riders, including disabled passengers. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts, maintain a neat uniform, and meet DMV requirements.

Salary is $23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time positions available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
• Availability for 3rd shift and weekends may be required
• Ability to safely operate and assist with shuttle buses
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors
• Perform fueling and logging of trip counts
• Assist disabled passengers and customers with questions
• Maintain punctuality, uniform, and professional appearance
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager
• Be familiar with garage areas, streets, landmarks and freeways
