Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver in West Lafayette, IN. You will operate shuttle buses, ensure passenger safety, perform inspections, and assist customers with directions and luggage as needed. A valid state driver’s license and clean DMV record are required, plus flexibility for shift variations.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience as stated: less than high school or limited related experience.
• License required: valid state driver's license with DMV record.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends or 3rd shift if needed.
• Language: ability to read, write and present information clearly.
• Math: basic addition, subtraction, and monetary calculations.
• Appearance: neat, in uniform at all times.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain clean bus interiors.
• Operate shuttle buses and transport passengers safely.
• Assist customers and direct them as needed.
• Maintain logs, report accidents or hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Know garage areas and local streets; assist with luggage when needed.
