Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Maintenance Manager for DOT Shuttle Operations in Kenner, LA. You will oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules, supervise staff, and ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly and annual projects.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, directing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring EPA and local compliance. CDL class A/B/C and DOT Medical Card are required; shift flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing maintenance teams in a transportation environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with EPA water compliance and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules; assign, perform, and supervise work.
• Direct daily maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect daily cleaning, maintenance and repair projects to meet standards.
• Lead routine cleaning, maintenance and repair activities (power washing, restriping, painting).
