Job summary

SP+ in Milwaukee seeks a facility/shuttle maintenance team member to perform cleaning, snow removal, surface painting, and general upkeep. You'll follow checklists, assist customers, and help with cashier duties as needed, ensuring a clean, safe facility and positive visitor experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, a DOT medical card, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Weekend availability may be required; solid English reading/writing is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance/exit ramps and designated areas.
• Paint facility surfaces as directed to maintain appearance.
• Perform tasks from checklists to keep facility clean and safe.
• Report safety or policy concerns to the manager promptly.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Cover cashier duties and other tasks as needed.
