SP+ in Los Angeles is seeking a Shuttle Operations Assistant for day-to-day management of shuttle services at the location. You will help ensure operations stay within contractual guidelines, assist with client relations, and promote a professional image across the site.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma, on-site availability including potential second/third shifts or weekends, and a valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement. You must meet DOT medical card standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
• DOT-regulated shuttle operations experience preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license with Passenger Endorsement if operating buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image at the location.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and knowledge of shuttle routes and areas.
