Job summary

SP Plus Corporation seeks a facilities/maintenance associate to support shuttle operations and the facility. You will move buses, perform snow removal, paint, clean, and follow checklists to keep the site neat and safe.

You’ll assist customers, resolve complaints, and occasionally cover cashier duties. A valid driver’s license, a DOT medical card, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret the English language.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.
• Regularly lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Shift requirements may include 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow from entrances and ramps as directed.
• Paint facility areas to keep signs, doors and walls neat.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning per checklists to remove dirt and debris.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to the facility manager promptly.
• Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the manager.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor help.
• Cover duties including cashier as needed and maintain a clean uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
