Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership, ensuring punctual service.
• Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude to enhance the service experience.
• Assist in organizing the dealership lot, including parking vehicles.
• Keep shuttle vehicles and lot clean and well-maintained for a professional appearance.
• Work closely with service teams to support dealership operations.
• Keep trip records, including passenger names and pickup/drop-off points.
• Notify dispatcher or service manager of vehicle maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to the appropriate personnel.
