Job summary

Fort Mill Ford, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to move vehicles, provide shuttle rides, and perform valet pickups while keeping the lot tidy and presenting a professional appearance.

You will work with service teams to support dealership operations, record passenger details, and ensure excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; pre-employment compliance (drug test, background check, MVR) may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership, ensuring punctual and courteous service.
• Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude to enhance the service experience.
• Assist in organizing the dealership lot, including parking vehicles in designated spaces.
• Keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and well-maintained for a professional appearance.
• Work closely with the service teams to support overall dealership operations.
• Keeptrip records,including passenger names, and pick-up/drop-off points.
• Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly):

• $18 / hour

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• 5 days a week / 2days off
• Sundays off
• Saturday availability required
