Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Bell Person to provide exceptional guest service on our resort team. You will assist guests with luggage, operate the shuttle, and ensure comfort as guests settle in. You will also greet guests, answer questions, and coordinate with Rooms and Front Office to deliver seamless service.

The role emphasizes a courteous demeanor, safety, and attentiveness during varying shifts, including weekends and holidays at our Vermont location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Friendly, professional interaction with guests at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage and escort to rooms or shuttle as needed.
• Operate resort shuttle safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Answer guest questions with accurate information about services and attractions.
• Maintain lobby and shuttle areas and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist Front Office as requested by the Front Office Manager.
