Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Bell Person to join our Guest Services Team in Vermont. You will provide prompt, friendly service, assist guests with luggage, and ensure comfort as guests settle into their rooms.

You will maintain resort vehicles, manage keys, and respond to guests' needs with attentiveness and accuracy. The role requires flexible scheduling, a clean driving record, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and valid state driver’s license.
• Provide luggage assistance and guest information with a smile.
• Support shuttle operations and assist guests smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and open doors for arrivals and departures.
• Deliver/pick up luggage to/from guest rooms and vehicles.
• Escort guests via hotel shuttle and inform about local attractions.
• Maintain shuttle and lobby area cleanliness and report issues.
• Handle guest questions with accurate information about services and hours.
