Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality seeks a Shuttle Driver/Bell Person to join the Guest Services Team at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, Vermont. You will provide prompt and courteous luggage assistance, assist guests with arrivals, and maintain resort vehicles for safe transport.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering luggage, guiding guests to areas, and ensuring safety while delivering exceptional service during mornings, evenings, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage handling and conveyance to rooms.
• Deliver/pick up luggage to and from guest rooms using bell carts.
• Use hotel shuttle to escort guests and provide information about local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle and lobby areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information and friendly service.
• Assist Front Office Manager and other departments as needed.
