Job summary

Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of Neenah is seeking a shuttle driver to safely transport guests to and from the dealership in the Neenah area. The role emphasizes courteous, professional service and requires maintaining a clean shuttle vehicle and assisting guests with luggage as needed.

Shifts are part-time in the afternoon (Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM) with pay starting at $13.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
• Assist guests with luggage or personal items as needed.
• Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs with the service team.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
