Job summary

Bergstrom Chevrolet Cadillac of Appleton is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests between the dealership and pickup points, ensuring timely service and a friendly experience. The role emphasizes courteous, professional interaction, vehicle presentation, and careful handling of guests' luggage or belongings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, adhering to traffic laws, and maintaining a clean shuttle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
• Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
• Communicate with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.

A few additional shifts during the week as business needsPay starting at $13.00-$16.00/hour based on experience.
