Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive Oshkosh is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to and from the dealership and provide exceptional service. You will maintain a clean vehicle, assist guests with luggage, and coordinate with the service team for timely pickups and drop-offs.

The role features half-day schedules (7am–11am), with pay starting at $13.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience. A courteous, professional demeanor and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
• Assist guests with luggage or personal items as needed.
• Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs with the service team, following safety policies.
