Bergstrom Oshkosh Volkswagen is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to greet guests, manage phones, and provide administrative support at the front desk in Oshkosh. You will coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure a smooth guest experience while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has previous receptionist or guest service experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional demeanor.

• Experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or guest service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software/phone systems.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, take messages, provide information.
• Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, correspondence) to various departments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area; offer refreshments to guests.
• Collaborate with sales, service and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
