Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay is hiring a Shuttle Driver/Porter to help move vehicles, greet guests, and maintain lot appearance. This part-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a friendly, professional demeanor while delivering excellent guest service.

You’ll work with the Bergstrom Automotive team across service and sales, contributing to a smooth, welcoming dealership experience. The schedule includes three shifts per week, paying $13.00–$16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot and in service drive.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Safely transport vehicles to various locations as required.
• Keep the lot neat and organized for optimal presentation.
• Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to Bergstrom standards.
• Support service, sales, and management teams as needed.

What You'll Do

• As a Porter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service.
• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Vehicle Movement: Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.
• Lot Organization: Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.
• Cleanliness: Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.
• Support Team Members: Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.

Schedule: Must have availability to work 3 shifts per week 7:00am - 12:00pm or 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Pay:$14.00/hour
