Job summary

Bergstrom Oshkosh Toyota is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to warmly welcome guests at the Oshkosh location. You will direct visitors, handle calls, and support various departments with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Shifts are Thursday 3pm–7pm, Friday 3pm–6pm, and every other Saturday 8am–5pm. Pay starts at $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience, with an extra $2.00 per hour on Saturdays. Apply to join Wisconsin’s largest automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front desk agent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area; offer refreshments to guests.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
