Bergstrom Automotive in Neenah, WI is hiring a Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot. You will wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles, assist with transporting cars between locations, and perform lot checks to ensure vehicles are secure and accounted for.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate various vehicles including manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, aligned, and presented professionally.
• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed to prepare them for guests and sales displays.
• Assist with transporting vehicles between locations or for guest deliveries.
• Conduct lot checks to ensure vehicles are secured and accounted for.
• Organize and maintain vehicle keys and paperwork according to standards.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support sales and service teams by moving vehicles to and from service areas and displays.
• Perform general lot maintenance and keep areas free of debris and hazards.
