Job summary

BCS Financial Corporation is seeking an SHS Manager in Oakbrook Terrace, IL to drive sales operations, manage existing customers, and lead implementations. You will coordinate across teams, improve persistency, and align activities with sales and engineering to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Ancillary Channel Development, requires 5+ years in related roles, and offers hybrid/remote work with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management.
5+ years in implementations management.
5+ years of people management (preferred).
5+ years in process management.
experience with Salesforce, Outlook and MS Office preferred.
Insurance industry experience 10+ years.

Responsibilities

Service of existing customers/policyholders.
Implementation of new customers/policyholders.
Sales operations and leading efforts through business operations.
Operations escalation management.
Working with sales on opportunities (pre and post sale).
Leading renewals, add product and enrollment strategies.
