Job summary

BCS Financial Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks an Associate Network Engineer / Helpdesk Associate to deliver responsive, customer-focused technology support. You will own incidents from intake to resolution for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, access, and network connectivity, while assisting with onboarding/offboarding and maintaining asset records.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document actions, and operate within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience supporting end users and Microsoft-based technology environments.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint hardware, access management, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience with a ticketing platform, knowledge base, device inventory, endpoint management, or remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end resolution of employee technology incidents and service requests through the Help Desk.
• Document troubleshooting steps, actions, resolution, and communication in the ticketing system.
• Monitor and manage the support queue per SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Provision and retire laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID lifecycle tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
