Zusammenfassung

BCS Financial Corporation is seeking an Associate Network Engineer / Helpdesk Associate in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. You will deliver responsive, customer-focused technology support, manage incidents from intake to resolution, and assist with administration of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.

You will document steps, maintain assets, and contribute to security or infrastructure improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5+ years supporting end users in Microsoft-based environments.
• Experience with Windows, M365, AD/Entra ID, and endpoint hardware.
• Experience with ticketing platforms, knowledge bases, and asset inventories.
• PowerShell or scripting experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end resolution of employee tech incidents and requests.
• Manage help desk queue per SLA and escalate as needed.
• Provision, configure, deploy, maintain, and retire hardware and devices.
• Administer AD and Entra ID lifecycle management.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and provide end-user guidance.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalation.
• Assist with Intune, patching, and endpoint protection.
• Develop knowledge articles and drive process improvements.
