BCS Financial Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with finance leaders in FP&A, budgeting, and capital forecasting. You will deliver actionable insights, drive expense transparency, and advance automation, embedding AI capabilities as appropriate.

The role requires 5-7 years in FP&A, expertise in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Oracle or similar systems. Hybrid/remote options are available in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of FP&A experience.
• Basic understanding of insurance company operations and reporting preferred.
• Comfortable with GL/accounting/financial systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge and Oracle familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and quarterly FP&A processes including forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and management insights.
• Backup administrator for Oracle financial system: user access, security roles, system administration, and GL reporting continuity.
• Support annual budgeting and capital forecasting by coordinating assumptions and consolidated views.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to improve expense transparency, accountability, and profitability.
• Drive FP&A process improvements through workflow standardization, automation, and AI integration.
