Job summary

BCS Financial Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace, IL is seeking an SHS Manager to lead our Supplemental Health Solutions sales operations. You will manage relationships with customers, brokers and Blue Plan partners, driving revenue, persistency and program implementations.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Ancillary Channel Development and requires 5+ years in account management, 5+ years in implementations and a track record in leading teams, with experience in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years account management experience.
• 5+ years implementations management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience preferred.
• 10+ years Insurance Industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service of Existing Customers/Policyholders.
• Implementation of New Customers/Policyholders.
• Sales Operations and leading efforts through all business operations.
• Operations Escalation management.
• Working with Sales on Opportunities/Pre and Post Sales.
• Leading Renewals, Add Product and Enrollment Strategies.
