Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management required.
• Master's degree in HR management preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures; maintains employee handbook and policies.
• Develops department goals, objectives and systems.
• Manages compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Conducts recruitment for exempt and nonexempt staff; conducts new-employee orientations; posts advertisements.
• Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Maintains HR information systems and compiles reports.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
• Supports development plans and performance management.
• Oversees onboarding, training and development.
