Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role involves driving continuous improvement, mentoring staff, and enforcing safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate training, monitor performance, and manage daily operations to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering/manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team; assign tasks based on skills.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on processes and safety.
• Oversee quality control throughout production and implement improvements to reduce defects.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting.
• Promote 5S and safe work practices across the team.
• Maintain production reports and documentation; coordinate with other departments.
• Manage inventory and materials to meet production demands.
