• Document indicators of external theft and coordinate with local law enforcement.
• Support audits, POS monitoring, and assets protection initiatives.
• Provide onboarding and training for shortage reduction.
• Assist with semi-annual inventory planning and action plans.
• Model safe-practice behaviors.
• Handle stressful situations with discipline.
