Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or store security preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deterrent to dishonest behavior with a confident, visible presence.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and strong multitasking.
• Engage with customers and associates to promote exceptional service and safety.
• Document indicators of theft and report to store/field leadership.
• Support audits, POS monitoring, and participation in semi-annual inventory.
