• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deter dishonest behavior across the store by demonstrating command presence and following the dress code.
• Engage with customers and associates to uphold a safe, secure environment.
• Identify and report theft indicators; coordinate with store leadership and local law enforcement as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing training for shortage-reduction programs and procedures.
• Support inventory processes and internal controls, including store audits and asset protection initiatives.
