Qualifications

• Budgeting, capital expenditures, and ROI experience.
• Communication skills; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shredder Operations employees on multiple shifts.
• Lead production and quality control; ensure safe practices and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance needs and repair planning with supervisors.
• Prepare daily production reports and drive throughput and profitability.
