NYC Alliance is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support our Wholesale team in client relations, market preparation, and order management. You will collaborate with sales leaders, buyers, and internal partners to ensure seamless service, organized showroom operations, and precise sales processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a collaborative, client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication needed.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with sales software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Partners.
• Prepare for meetings and create decks/reports for the sales team.
• Enter sales orders accurately and manage processing.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate market planning and showroom logistics.
• Track and manage samples for inbound/outbound flow.
• Maintain showroom for seasonal markets and ensure samples are displayed well.
