Job Summary

The Wholesale Sales Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Mackage and Soia North America sales teams with all wholesale-related tasks. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations in market preparations, showroom management, order processing, and communication with wholesale partners.

What you’ll do

Wholesale Support:

Own all off-price sell off in season and shipping logistics.
Manage all copy and asset turnover for US wholesale majors.
Responsible for setting up NuOrder for all Mackage collections.
Set up and maintain in-season ATS, publishing updates weekly to the sales team.
Facilitate communication for the SOIA sales team with agents.
Support the sales team with store visits and product knowledge seminars.
Assist the sales team with wholesale reporting and analytics.
Support sales and planning for all Macy's Marketplace Drop Ship setup and maintenance in season.
Key all RA’s for speciality accounts.
Participate in market appointments and support sales teams with follow-up as needed.

NY Showroom Sample Management:

Ensure showroom maintenance meets visual merchandising standards.
Maintain an organized sample closet to high standards.
Initiate and manage sample returns to the warehouse.
Receive, unpack, steam, and change hangers for all incoming samples.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design and PR teams on sample borrowings.
Pull, pack, and ship all wholesale sample requests for US majors.
Maintain and update the sample tracker to ensure accuracy.
Process all marketing sample requests & shipping to and from accounts with approval from sales teams.
