Job summary

A prominent apparel company in New York is seeking a Sales Support Associate to maintain the showroom and assist the sales team. Responsibilities include organizing samples, supporting marketing requests, and ensuring timely shipping. Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize showroom, including logging and sharing photos of new salesman samples.
• Support marketing and advertising requests.
• Prep and request samples for in-house photoshoots.
• Assist sales team with entering orders into system.
• Work closely with customer service teams to monitor shipping.
• Track weekly selling and help sales team to analyze.
• Help prepare approvals to send to accounts as needed.
• Log and maintain all samples sent for style outs.
• Manage and organize inventory files for sales team.
• Pack, send and track samples or CADs to buyers as needed.
