In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders, Buyers and internal partners to ensure exceptional service, organized showroom operations, and accurate sales processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Assistants.
• Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings and creating presentation materials, such as decks and reports.
• Manage order processing by accurately preparing and entering sales orders.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup.
• Track and manage samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes.
• Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and displayed effectively.
