Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to help maintain optimal showroom inventory and support the Visual Merchandiser with product placement. You will oversee warehouse operations, wrapping and storing items for delivery or pickup, and ensure a clean, organized backroom.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload and load products repeatedly from semi-trailers.
• Maintain floor inventory by arranging showroom and setting up incoming products.
• Move sold items from floor to storage or to customer vehicles for pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to prioritize floor setup and incoming merchandise.
• Handle clerical warehouse tasks, including documenting product receipt.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized and perform general housekeeping.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as required.
• Submit the weekly warehouse checklist and help reduce store operating expenses.
