Qualifications

• Previous Scheduling experience.
• Customer Service 2 years (Preferred).
• Microsoft Office 1 year (Required).

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Installations and Consultations.
• Answering customer phone calls.
• Consult with customers in the showroom by providing product knowledge.
• Follow up with online lead inquiries.
• Review order confirmations for accuracy.
• Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes.
• Ensure showroom is neat and organized.
