Job summary

Reece & Fortiline in Dallas is seeking a Showroom Consultant to drive sales and margins across appliances, plumbing, and outdoor grilling. You will deliver end-to-end experiences for designers, builders, and remodelers, building a strong portfolio and repeat business.

You will leverage your knowledge of appliances and a passion for customer service to meet or exceed targets while representing our brand and values.

Qualifications

Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to build rapport by establishing a good first impression and build trust by exhibiting our values.
Delivery of agreed upon promises and co creation future growth opportunities.
Technical knowledge of appliances.
Ability to develop a portfolio of business consisting of designers, smaller custom builders, and high-end remodelers.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
Grow customer base within company targets and active accounts.
Promote all categories including appliances, plumbing and outdoor grilling.
Prepare error-free quotes and meet timelines.
Convert quotes to orders following SOPs for sales orders.
