Reece USA is seeking a Showroom Consultant to drive sales and margin targets in our Bath & Kitchen showroom. You will build relationships with designers, builders, and remodelers while delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.

In this role, you will leverage technical appliance knowledge, qualify customers, prepare quotes, and convert them to orders, all while expanding the showroom's client base and promoting multiple product categories.

• Technical knowledge of appliances.
• Ability to develop a portfolio of designers, builders and remodelers.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets with exceptional service and follow the sales process.
• Qualify customers and apply pricing to hit gross targets.
• Grow a customer base within company targets and monitor trends.
• Promote all displayed categories including appliances, plumbing and outdoor grilling.
• Prepare error-free quotes within 1 business day and communicate timelines.
• Convert quotes to orders following SOPs for sales orders and cash handling.
• Attend showroom functions, CEUs, and events to generate leads.
