Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Independence, OH is seeking a Showroom Salesperson for our Elements Bath, Kitchen & Home Studio by Welker-McKee Supply location. You will advise customers on product selections, provide design guidance, and help close sales while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1+ year in customer service or sales, familiarity with kitchen and bath trends, strong communication, and the ability to upsell.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends is a plus
• Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Experience using Microsoft Office to communicate and manage files

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet sales and gross profit goals and participate in profit sharing
• Welcome customers warmly and articulate showroom value proposition
• Direct customers to best products, address hurdles, and move sales forward
• Use Hajoca technology to guide selections, review specs, pricing and availability
• Enter sales orders and bids, expediting purchases and coordinating projects
• Process showroom returns and refunds per policy
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed
• Stay informed on design trends and attend industry events
• Complete safety and compliance training and support management with related duties
